AMAXIMAL ("we", "us", or "our") built Air Piano Pro as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Air Piano Pro does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data processing occurs entirely on your device. We have no servers that receive data from the app.

Camera Access

Air Piano Pro uses your device's camera solely for real-time hand tracking, which allows you to play music with hand gestures. Camera data is processed locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No images or video from the camera are recorded, stored, or transmitted to any external server.

Microphone Access

When you enable audio recording features, Air Piano Pro accesses your device's microphone. Audio recordings are saved locally to your device's photo library at your request. Microphone data is never transmitted externally.

Photo Library Access

Air Piano Pro may request access to your photo library to save screen recordings and audio recordings you create. Files are saved only when you explicitly choose to save them.

Data Storage

User preferences, settings, and feature request messages are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). No data is synced to cloud services or external servers.

In-App Purchases

Air Piano Pro offers in-app purchases processed entirely through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not collect, process, or have access to your payment information, billing details, or Apple ID credentials. Purchase records are managed by Apple.

Third-Party Services

Air Piano Pro does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. We do not use SDKs from Facebook, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar services. The only third-party interaction is with Apple's StoreKit for processing in-app purchases.

Children's Privacy

Air Piano Pro does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app is designed to be safe for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions for children's data are required.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Since we do not collect user data, there is no data to share.

MIDI Export

Air Piano Pro allows you to export MIDI files of your performances. These files are created and stored locally on your device and shared only through iOS share actions you initiate.

Security

Since all data remains on your device and we do not operate servers that receive user data, your information is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and biometric authentication.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Your Rights

Since Air Piano Pro does not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. You can delete all locally stored preferences by deleting the app from your device.
